Coast & Country Parks is an award-winning, family-run group of four parks offering relaxing holidays for guests, and holiday home ownership opportunities. Notter Bridge Holiday Park and Tamar View Holiday Park are Coast & Country’s two Cornwall Parks, set-in South-East Cornwall, with a river setting and panoramic views respectively.

Notter Bridge and Tamar View are seeking a passionate and committed individual or couple, to become a part of the team! Coast & Country Parks has won multiple awards including the David Bellamy Gold Award for sustainability and South West England Prestige Awards 2024/25 – Holiday Park Group of the Year.

-Responsibilities, not limited to:
-Keeping the Holiday Parks in good order and well-maintained.
-Manning reception, and being a friendly face for holiday guests and holiday home owners
-Operate the booking system and help guests’ enquiries via email and phone
-Checking guests in and out
-Daily park checks and reporting maintenance issues
-Cleaning of all types of holiday accommodations
-Assist with the cleaning and testing of hot tubs in holiday accommodations
-Providing assistance to holiday home owners
-Occasional viewings of holiday homes for sale
-Scheduled weekly/monthly duties and checks
-On call duties to assist guests and holiday home owners with any emergencies
-Assist with organising and creating events for guests and holiday home owners
-Assist with the creation of quarterly newsletters for our holiday home owners
-Assist with photos and videos for our marketing team to promote on socials
-Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning products
-Maintain organisation of files, and laundry storage room
-Assist with reception tasks
-Groundskeeping

Hourly rate: £12.50 PH – Anticipated 40h per Week. Seasonal Work from 1st March to 31st October.

Availability for weekend and bank holiday shifts is required.
Accommodation can be provided!

Both our Cornwall Parks have been modernised and redeveloped over the last few years providing a new reception, new plots, updated maintenance workshop and tools, new holiday accommodations and improved guest experience through our new app! We are considering both individuals and couples for the role(s), with training provided. The chosen individual or couple will require a full UK driver’s license, be a good communicator, and able to work on their own initiative.
