Gisburne Park Estate seeks a talented, capable live in holiday park warden / maintenance person/s to undertake a wide range of tasks across the estate and join our growing team.

Within the 1000 acre estate is Ribblesdale Park (our award winning holiday park), Hindelinis (our ever popular restaurant), our wedding venue and various holiday cottages and listed houses. We are regularly sold out which means we have over 200 people staying on the estate each night.

The candidate is required to be able to undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks to keep all these properties looking brand new, running smoothly and the holiday makers happy and well as assisting with keeping the grounds spotless. We are also undergoing a number of renovations in our holiday lodges and cottages.

Customer service is of paramount importance for what we do so good people skills are needed.

All accommodation types have their own private Hot Tub, for which our Team are responsible for the management & upkeep of. This includes water testing / sampling on a daily basis.

The ambitious owners recently purchased Gisburne Park Hospital with plans to convert this magnificent Grade 1 listed building into a world class hotel and spa.
