Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable couple to join our team at Chivenor Caravan Park, a stunning holiday destination near Barnstaple, Devon.
This dual role blends the responsibilities of a Caravan Park Warden and a Holiday Home Sales Representative.
One partner will manage daily park operations, guest satisfaction, and gas bottle storage and administration in relation to sales, while the other drives the sale of 32 holiday homes, with values ranging from £125,000 to £225,000 depending on size and specification.

The couple will live on-site in a fully furnished 2-bedroom holiday lodge with all bills covered.
A Competitive combined base salary is offered, plus a 1% commission on each holiday home sale, and there’s an opportunity to stay with the company and relocate to another park once all 32 homes at Chivenor are sold.

Key Responsibilities:

Park Warden (Partner 1):
Greet guests, manage check-ins, and provide details about Chivenor Caravan Park facilities, rules, and local Barnstaple attractions.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
Maintain grounds and facilities, including litter collection, grass cutting, and minor repairs to pitches and communal areas.

Manage gas bottle storage and sales, ensuring safe handling, stock availability, and accurate transactions for guests and owners.

Respond to guest queries, concerns, or emergencies promptly and professionally.

Ensure site security and monitoring activity, reporting any issues to the Regional Sales Manager.

Coordinate with maintenance teams or contractors for larger repairs when necessary.

Assist with emergency procedures, such as fire evacuations, as required.

Assist and arrange health and safety compliance.

Holiday Home Sales Representative (Partner 2):
Promote and sell 32 holiday homes (e.g., static caravans, lodges) at Chivenor Caravan Park, with sale values ranging from £125,000 to £225,000 based on size and specification.

Conduct tours of available holiday homes, tailoring pitches to customer needs and preferences.

Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Negotiate sales terms and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to finalize contracts.

Keep accurate records of sales, stock, and customer interactions.

Build strong relationships with buyers to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Stay updated on the UK holiday home market and local competition around Barnstaple.

Shared Responsibilities:
Work together to ensure Chivenor Caravan Park operates smoothly and remains welcoming for guests and owners.

Support each other during busy periods, including mandatory open weekends when the park hosts prospective buyers or events.
