An excellent opportunity has arisen for a bright, hardworking individual to join our head office team as a Reservations Assistant based at our Blairgowrie Holiday Park. Are you someone that would love to be a part of our team?
This role is focused on the daily operations of our Reservations Team by providing strong organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail and a confident telephone manner. The ability to prioritise and carry out tasks in a timely manner to ensure the smooth running of reservations. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will work closely with other Head Office Departments and with our Park Teams.
Our offices are open from 8.00am-8.00pm 7 days per week and your days/hours will be worked on a rota basis working 5 days out of 7. This will require weekend work.
Requirements for the role:
Experience in customer service and administration
Able to demonstrate strong Excel Outlook, Word and Microsoft/IT skills
Ability to work on own initiative and as an effective team member
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage workloads
Strong organisation and administration skills with good attention to detail
Ability to communicate with customers both face to face and over the telephone, with a confident and professional approach
Great communicator both verbally and written and ability to feedback to your line manager and team
Driving Licence as you may be required to travel to any of our holiday parks.

Responsibilities:
Day to day reservations tasks
Leading the customer through the customer journey from point of contact to customer review
Responding to queries via the telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
Working with Park Teams and Head Office Teams to ensure exceptional customer experience communicating via phone, e-mail and Microsoft Teams.
Replying to customer feedback
Working within a fast-paced environment
Head Office on call on a rota basis

Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
