We are now looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
About the role:
As a Sales Consultant at Kelling Heath Holiday Park, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring an exceptional purchasing experience. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our range of holiday homes, to prospective buyers, ensuring that they receive a first-class experience from inquiry to purchase.
What you will do:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales
Drive sales through proactive lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
Promote our range of products including holiday homes and lodges, at both Kelling Heath and Woodhill Park, our sister site near Cromer, to prospective buyers.
Engage with potential customers on-park, via phone, email, and online channels.
Provide excellent service, guiding purchasers through the buying process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing owners.
Attend exhibitions, show events, and external sales opportunities to promote the park.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Use the ParcVu system to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
What you will bring:
Previous consumer facing sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Ability to work to targets and deadlines, with a proven track record of success.
Good understanding of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other sales-related tools (full training will be given on ParcVu).
A genuine interest in outdoor leisure and holiday parks would be a bonus.
