Known for its peaceful atmosphere and high standards, Deer’s Glade is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented couple to join our team for the season. This role includes a complimentary pitch with electricity for your own caravan during your stay.
Role Overview:
As the Seasonal Maintenance and Cleaning Couple, you will play a key role in ensuring our park is clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests. Your main responsibilities include:
Hot Tub Care
Conduct daily hot tub cleaning and testing to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
Site Repairs & Maintenance
Perform on-site repairs and routine maintenance to keep the park in top condition.
Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the grounds, managing waste and ensuring facilities are well-maintained.
Facility Cleaning
Clean and stock all communal areas, including shower blocks and toilets, to provide a comfortable environment for guests.
Nightly Warden Duties
Act as on-site wardens during evening hours, assisting guests as needed and maintaining a quiet, safe environment.
Check and clean shower blocks as necessary during evening hours to ensure facilities are fresh and tidy for all guests.
Guest Relations
Provide friendly, helpful service to all guests, supporting them with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries.
Ideal Candidate(s) Will Have:
Experience in hospitality, maintenance, or park management.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
Attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Willingness to work outdoors and perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
