Seasonal Warden Couple
Enthusiastic couple required to join the experienced team at Morfa Bychan Holiday Park. Morfa Bychan is a high-quality holiday park located on the scenic West Wales coast overlooking Cardigan Bay, just a few miles south from the seaside town of Aberystwyth. The park has 224 owner occupied holiday homes, 5 hire fleet caravans and 75 seasonal and short stay touring caravan, motorhome and camping pitches.
Seasonal Wardens will report to the Park Managers who are responsible for the day to day running of the park. Seasonal Warden responsibilities include (but not limited to); touring and camping booking & greeting, washroom and holiday home cleaning, evening walks when busy, ground and general maintenance, reception and shop work, hire fleet changeovers/maintenance, etc. Previous experience is advantageous, but not a necessity as training will be provided.
It is preferred that both applicants hold a full driving licence.

Working Hours
Full time, seasonal.
5-6 days per week, depending on workload and park manager holidays.
As we operate in the tourism industry weekend and bank holiday work will be necessary.
Seasonal Wardens cover the Park Manager’s days off and holidays, so flexibility is required.

Remuneration
£12.00 per person per hour initially, followed by pay review on 1st April 2025.
Two bedroom rent free accommodation is provided. Water usage is free. Electricity and gas usage chargeable.

Start date: Late March / April 2025, or as soon as mutually agreeable.
End date: 31st October 2025, with possibility to extend beyond depending on workload.
