Situated in the village of Sheriff Hutton, close to the historic City of York, York Meadows an idyllic, family run, countryside retreat for camping and caravanning in the North Yorkshire region.

In anticipation of a busy 2025 season, we are seeking a Warden to join our existing, friendly team, undertaking traditional wardening work, to start in April 2025. We are a hardworking, friendly and fun team, meaning that a cheerful disposition, good sense of humour and a good work ethic are vital.

The traditional Warden role includes (but is not limited to):-

Reception work including checking in customers, maintaining computerised booking systems, taking bookings over the phone & online and shopkeeping.

All aspects of grounds maintenance and general handy work. Late night wardening checks.

Maintaining our 5-star cleaning standards, including shower blocks/toilet facilities.

Attention to detail in all aspects and good customer care are vital. Computer skills and being physically fit are an advantage. Full training will be given.

Hours of work are approx. 30-35 hours per week including weekends, from April to Sept 2025.

The role involves living on the park in your own caravan/motorhome during your work days, a free pitch and WiFi is included.

Pay £12.40/hour plus holidays.
